ZynTalks.com (“we,” “our,” or “the Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c). It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through ZynTalks.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to request the removal or restriction of access to that content.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA notice with us, please send a written communication (email preferred) to our designated agent that includes the following information:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed. You should provide a detailed description of the work (e.g., title, creator, etc.).

  3. The exact URL or a detailed description of the location of the infringing material on ZynTalks.com. Please be as specific as possible so that we can locate the material quickly.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted it.

How to File a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to have it restored. A counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

  2. A description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and its location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless we receive a notice from the original complainant that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

ZynTalks.com may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We consider users to be repeat infringers if they have received multiple DMCA notices for infringement.

Notice and Takedown Procedure

When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  2. Notify the user who posted the content.

  3. Provide the user with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
